EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

April 29, 2023

• Effingham City Police arrested 40 year old Rachell M. Brock of Effingham for a Henry County warrant for stealing a motor vehicle/watercraft/aircraft. Rachell was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 40 year old Ray W. Pruett of Effingham for a Henry County, MO warrant for stealing a motor vehicle/watercraft/aircraft. Ray was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26 year old Dalton R. Ard of Effingham for an Effingham County PTR warrant for aggravated domestic battery. Dalton posted bond and was released.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22 year old Kaleb A. J. Godert of Effingham for a 24 hour mittimus to jail sentence for problem solving court. Kaleb was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21 year old Andrew M. Wilkins of Edgewood for driving while license revoked. Andrew posted bond and was released.
• Effingham City Police arrested 33 year old Scott J. Clark of Effingham for battery and resisting a police officer. Scott posted bond and was released.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 53 year old Amy K. Goeckner of Effingham for DUI alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Amy posted bond and was released.

• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30 year old Megian M. Moore of Effingham for an Effingham County attachment for contempt. Megian posted bond and was released.
• Effingham City Police arrested 37 year old Carrie L. Michaels of Effingham for 2 counts of an Effingham County attachment for contempt. Carrie posted bond and was released.

May 1, 2023

• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old Darrian J. Foster of Strasburg for an Effingham County FTA warrant for receiving/possession/selling a stolen vehicle. Darrian was taken to the Effingham Cunty Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 31 year old Carly D. Bowman of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a hypodermic needle. Carly was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 63 year old Timothy E. Finfrock of Effingham for possession of 15-100g of meth with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Timothy was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36 year old Joseph A. Sowell of Teutopolis for aggravated battery to a police officer, domestic battery, and 2 counts of damage to state supported property. Joseph was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
