- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22 year old Osbaldo Fabian Gabriel of Effingham for an Effingham County mittimus to jail for aggravated DUI. Osbaldo was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38 year old Roland C. Webb of Olney for a Clay County FTA warrant for driving while license revoked. Roland posted bond and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 35 year old Stephanie L. Cummins of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended and a new charge of driving while license suspended. Stephanie was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old Tyler W. Mabrey of Washington, IL for an Effingham County FTA warrant for residential burglary. Tyler was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22 year old Marcos N. Benito of Vandalia for DUI alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Marcos posted bond and was released.
