EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old Lucas A. Cartright of Flora for a Clay County FTA warrant for driving while license revoked. Lucas posted bond and was released.
• Effingham City Police arrested 38 year old Heribertha Gonzalez Gomez of Effingham for disorderly conduct. Heribertha posted bond and was released.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32 year old Lucas C. McDaniel of Edgewood for an Effingham County FTA/FTP warrant for aggravated assault to a police officer/fire/ER worker. Lucas was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 26 year old Dakota L. Hitchcock of Robinson for driving while license suspended and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Dakota was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46 year old Derek D. Schorman of Montrose for an Effingham County mittimus to jail for aggravated criminal sexual abuse to victim under 13 years old. Derek was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32 year old Jennifer N. Cocchran of Clay City for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth and an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended. Jennifer was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27 year old Mikayla L. Hammonds of Effingham for driving while license suspended, failure to remain on scene of vehicle damage accident, improper lane usage, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and willful damage to public highway. Mikayla was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
