EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

March 4, 2023

• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old Brian Kirk of Caseyville for possession of <5g of meth and possession of a hypodermic needle. Brian posted bond and was released.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25 year old Kayla Wesner of Robinson for possession of <5g of meth and possession of a hypodermic needle. Kayla posted bond and was released.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 51 year old Michael Griffie of Terre Haute for an Effingham County mittimus to jail. Michael was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 47 year old Daniel Rizo of Effingham for an Effingham County mittimus to jail. Daniel was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

March 5, 2023

• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25 year old Dalton Ard of Effingham for an Effingham County mittimus to jail. Dalton was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 43 year old Timothy Beccue of Effingham for disorderly conduct. Timothy posted bond and was released.
• Effingham City Police arrested 57 year old Shannon Bergmann of Effingham for an Effingham County warrant attachment for contempt. Shannon posted bond and was released.
• Altamont Police arrested 42 year old Christian Font of Brooklyn, NY for DUI alcohol. Christian posted bond and was released.

March 6, 2023

• Illinois State Police arrested 42 year old Adam L. Delmore of Carbondale for a Will County FTA warrant for improper use of registration, speeding, no valid Driver’s License, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Adam posted bond and was released.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37 year old Christopher A. Baker of Newton for an Effingham County FTA warrant for meth possession, a Jasper County FTA warrant for meth possession, and a Coles County warrant for meth possession. Christopher posted bond on all warrants and was released.
• Illinois State Police arrested 47 year old Matthew Hensley of Greenup for DUI alcohol and improper lane usage. Matthew posted bond and was released.
