EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

February 4, 2023

• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29 year old Jeffrey L. Durbin of Beecher City for an Effingham County FTA warrant for aggravated battery/strangling, and a Fayette County FTA warrant for fleeing police 20+ mph over speed limit. Jeffrey was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 49 year old Shane J. Bohn of Effingham for domestic battery. Shane was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24 year old Layton C. Barnes of Shumway for possession of 15-100g of meth, delivery of 15-100g of meth, delivery of 2k-5k grams of cannabis, and possession of ammo without a FOID card. Layton was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 68 year old Carol A. Hilton of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for violation of an order of protection. Carol was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

February 5, 2023

• Effingham City Police arrested 29 year old Brianna Q. Hubbard of Champaign for battery. Brianna posted bond and was released.
• Effingham City Police arrested 25 year old Mason W. Edinger of Elizabethtown, IL for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended. Mason posted bond and was released.

February 6, 2023

• Effingham City Police arrested 48 year old Dustin E. Fore of Sardis, TN for possession of <5g of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a Jasper County FTA warrant for criminal trespass. Dustin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 29 year old Kierstin L. Young of Evansville for possession of <5g of meth, criminal trespass, and bringing or possession of contraband in a penal institution. Kietstin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37 year old Thomas D. Stewart of Altamont for possession of <5g of meth and driving while license suspended. Thomas was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33 year old Brandon M. Riech of St. Peter for possession of <5g of meth. Brandon was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 19 year old Ronald M. Bruce of Effingham for driving while license revoked. Ronald was given an NTA and was released.
• Effingham City Police arrested 28 year old Jesse S. Tucker of Altamont for an Effingham County FTA warrant for domestic battery/physical contact. Jesse was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
