EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 53 year old Wang H. Ying of Los Angeles, CA for a US federal warrant for possession of multiple unauthorized counterfeit access devices. Wand was released to federal custody.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39 year old Guang Wei Gao of Monte, CA for a US federal warrant for possession of multiple unauthorized counterfeit access devices. Guang was released to federal custody.
• Altamont Police arrested 28 year old Daniel M. Lamb of Vandalia for possession of <5g of meth. Daniel was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 52 year old Cecelia E. Kessler of Effingham for possession of drug paraphernalia and <5g of meth. Cecelia was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40 year old James D. Whisenant of Watson for an Effingham County FTA warrant for contempt. James was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Altamont Police arrested 41 year old Nathan L. Willis of Brownstown for possession of <5g of meth, an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of meth, an Effingham County FTA warrant for delivery of 15-100g of meth, a Fayette County FTA warrant for aggravated battery in a public place, and a Fayette County FTA warrant for use of a weapon/firearm by a felon. Nathan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
