November 12, 2022

• Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 30 year old Dakota W. Keller of Altamont for unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon. Dakota was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 32 year old Kyle J. Young of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Kyle posted $575 and was released.
• Effingham City Police arrested 47 year old Andres Andino of Effingham for DUI alcohol. Andres posted $100 and a valid Driver’s License and was released.
• Effingham City Police arrested 54 year old Joya L. Bullock of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended. Joya was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 32 year old Mindy L. Pinkerton of Effingham for criminal trespass to property. Mindy was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Altamont Police arrested 30 year old Dakota W. Keller of Altamont for aggravated battery to a police officer, resisting a police officer causing injury, and driving while license revoked. Dakota was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 30 year old Roger L. Kirkman of Stewardson for an Effingham County FTA warrant for criminal damage to property $500-$10k. Roger was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

November 13, 2022

• Effingham City Police arrested 27 year old Rachel L. Worman of St. Elmo for criminal trespass to railroad property. Rachel was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 40 year old Shane M. Hall of Effingham for domestic battery. Shane was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

November 14, 2022

• Effingham City Police arrested 51 year old Cecelia E. Kessler of Newton for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Cecelia was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 27 year old Kaitlyn M. Fitzgerald of Farina for an Effingham County warrant attachment for contempt, an Effingham County FTA warrant for delivery of 30-500g of cannabis, and a Fayette County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Kaitlyn was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

November 7, 2022 

• At 5:56 AM 400 feet south of the intersection of 3rd and Technology a vehicle driven by Sandra M. Ungrund, 54, Effingham stuck a deer. No injuries and no citations. 
• At 4:41 PM at the intersection of W. National and S. Outer Belt West a vehicle driven by Garrett W. Jewell, 31, Sigel, struck a vehicle driven by Darian R. McElroy, 21, Altamont. Jewell sustained injury and was transported to HSHS St. Anthony Memorial Hospital by Rural Med EMS. Jewell was ticketed for Failure to Yield Turning Left and Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle. 

November 8, 2022 

• At 12:01 AM at 1509 Hampton an unknown vehicle struck a parked vehicle owned by Teufel Hunden Electronics, Pekin. No injuries or citations at this time. 

November 9, 2022 

• At 5:31 AM 500 feet south of 1104 S. Willow and Wabash a vehicle driven by Sarah L. Leturno Irwin, 34, Wheeler, struck a deer. No injuries and no citations. 
• At 5:28 PM at the intersection of W. Temple and N. Mulberry a vehicle driven by Cassie M. Fletcher, 22, Montrose, struck a vehicle driven by Kristal D. Ellison, 49, Newton. Fletcher was ticketed for Failure to Yield Turning Left. No injuries.

• At 7:33 AM at the intersection of Pike and S. Raney a vehicle driven by Tearah A. Stateler, 30, Effingham, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Bonnie J. Alwardt, 42, Altamont. No injuries and no citations. 
• At 3:55 PM at the intersection of N. Keller and W. Evergreen a vehicle driven by Courtney D. Linton, 30, Effingham, struck a vehicle driven by Julia L. Woltman, 59, Effingham. No injuries and no citations.
