- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 28 year old Miranda B. Davis of Effingham for a Jasper County FTA warrant for possession of cannabis by driver. Miranda posted $325 and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 25 year old Jordan J. Kollman of Dieterich for aggravated fleeing/eluding, driving while license revoked, suspended registration, disobeying a stop signal, and speeding. Jordan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 28 year old Thomas J. Bell of Mattoon for a Coles County FTA warrant for driving while license revoked/suspended. Thomas posted $275 and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 54 year old Winona L. With of Beecher City for an Effingham County FTA warrant for battery/physical contact. Winona posted $575 and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested Megan B. Kraft of Effingham for an Effingham County attachment for contempt. Megan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 35 year old Daniel R. Reeves of Jewett for an Effingham County FTA warrant for receiving/possesing/selling a stolen vehicle. Daniel was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 43 year old Nicholas G. Holly of Effingham for a Montgomery County, TX FTA warrant for theft. Nicholas was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 34 year old Cornelius Clark, Jr. of Chicago for an Effingham County FTA warrant for exceeding posted speed limit of construction zone. Cornelius posted $175 and was released.

- At 2:00 P.M. at the intersection of Banker and Fayette a vehicle driven by Sherry L. Herrick, 71, Louisville, turned into the path of and was struck by a vehicle driven by Robert G. Willenborg, 55, Effingham. No injuries and no citations.
