- Effingham City Police arrested 26 year old Adam C. Tieffel of Teutopolis for driving while license revoked and a Fayette County warrant. Adam posted bond and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 24 year old Logan B. Smith of Dieterich for an Effingham County warrant for theft control intent $500-$10k. Logan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 53 year old Mark M. Prewitt of Effingham for suspended registration, possession of <5g of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating an uninsured vehicle. Mark was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 36 year old Kaci D. Bruce of Bluford, IL for an Effingham County warrant for possession of <5g of meth, a Clay County warrant for possession of <5g of meth, and resisting a police officer. Kaci was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 59 year old Theresa A. Rotondo of Effingham for aggravated domestic battery. Theresa was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

- At 6:27 P.M. at 120 Four Seasons a vehicle driven by Brenda L. Stewart, 65, Effingham, backed into a parked vehicle owned by Francisco Martinez Gonzalez, Effingham. No injuries and no citations.
