- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 48 year old Tersh S. Scamihorn of Columbus, IN for a Vigo County, IN FTA warrant for dealing >10g of meth, possession of 10-18g of meth, trafficking a controlled substance (2 counts), possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Tersh is in the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 26 year old Chelsey N. Westbrook of Charleston for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Chelsey was taken to the Effingham County jail.
