- 41 year old, Kelli J Moon, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for retail theft, obstructing justice, and possession of a hypodermic needle. Moon posted $150 and was released.
- 21 year old, Lukus J Dillworth, of Noble was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Richland County FTP warrant. Dillworth was given a notice to appear by Richland County and was released.
- 41 year old, Dustin L Gent, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Cou ty Sheriff’s Department for contempt of court.
- 24 year old, Marleigh G Agner, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant attachment for probation fees. Agner posted $3,500 and was released.
- 25 year old, Matthew L Tolliver, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County warrant for contempt. Tolliver posted $200 and was released.
- 37 year old, Jesse A Hernandez, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for criminal damage to property.

- 32 year old, Mindy L Pinkerton, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for criminal trespass to real property.
- 41 year old, Abigail Montgomery, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic needle, and possession of < 5 grams of Methamphetamine.
