- Effingham Police arrested 32 year old Dustin R. Tish of Vandalia for a mittimus to jail for DUI alcohol. Dustin was taken to the Effingham county jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 26 year old Ashley A. Lee of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for retail theft <$300. Ashley was released from Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 48 year old Shane J. Bohn of Effingham for an IDOC warrant for parole violation. Shane was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 38 year old Curtis G. Schroeger of New York, NY for theft of motor vehicle parts or accessories and improper lane usage. Curtis was taken into custody.
