- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 45 year olod Daniel R. Cotton of St. Petersburg for domestic battery, and interfering with a domestic violence report. Daniel was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 36 year old Rachel R. Parker of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for meth <5g and a Coles County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended. Rachel posted $375 for first offense and posted $225 for second.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 36 year old Roland C. Webb of Farina for a Clay County warrant for driving while license suspended and a Richland County FTA warrant for aggravated flee and elude. Roland was transferred to Clay County and given an NTA.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 33 year old Shane A. Reeves of Jewett for a Crawford County FTA warrant for retail theft and a Richland County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Shane was released to Richland County.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 31 year old Heidi M. Hood of Toledo for an Effingham County FTA warrant for resisting a police officer, a Crawford County warrant for retail theft and driving while license suspended, and a Cumberland County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended. Heidi was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 50 year old Annette I. Wesselman for an Effingham County mitt to jail for reckless driving. Annette was taken to the Effingham county jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 35 year old Tyler R. Schumacker of Altamont for threatening a public service worker. Tyler was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 35 year old Terry J. Neal of Effingham for domestic battery. Terry was taken to the Effingham County jail.

Roone of Mountain Grove, MO for delivering cannabis more than 500g but less than 2000g, possession of cannabis more than 500g but less than 2000g, and attempted possession of drug paraphernalia. Betty was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 32 year old Derrick L. Stark Grassman of Mountain Grove, MO for delivering cannabis more than 500g but less than 2000g, possession of cannabis more than 500g but less than 2000g, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Betty was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 44 year old Kimberly J. Atkins of Effingham for possession of meth <5g. Kimberly was given an NTA.
