Effingham County Jail
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 25-year-old Braydon C Freeman of Oquawka. Freeman was arrested on a mittimus for aggravated battery causing great bodily harm. Freeman is still in custody.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 31-year-old Lacie D Hayes of Salem. Hayes was arrested on a Clark County failure to appear warrant for possession of meth under five grams. Hayes is still in custody.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 42-year-old James H Macaluso of Charleston. Macaluso was arrested on a Fayette County failure to appear warrant for felon use of a weapon. Macaluso posted $575 for bond and was released.
- Effingham Police Department arrested 62-year-old Judy M Brummerstedt of Effingham. Brummerstedt was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing to real property and resisting a police officer. Brummerstedt was given a notice to appear and released.
- Effingham Police Department arrested 42-year-old Sherry F Guthrie of Effingham. Guthrie was arrested on charges of domestic battery and is still in custody.
