- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 34-year-old Jeffery A. Stemkamp of Vandalia. Stemkamp was arrested on a Effingham County failure to appear warrant for domestic battery 1-2 previous convictions. Stemkamp is still in custody.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 27-year-old Kendrick A. Jackson of Panama City Beach, Florida. Jackson was arrested on a Marion County warrant for theft with intent. Jackson posted bond and was released.
- Effingham Police Department arrested 28-year-old Alicia M. Kessler of Effingham. Kessler was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and a Douglas County charge of contempt of court. Kessler was given a notice to appear for the Effingham County charge and posted bond for the Douglas County charge.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 42-year-old Kristopher K. Blankenship of Flora. Blankenship was arrested on a Effingham County failure to appear warrant possession TTL/Permit/PLT and a Clay County warrant for possession for meth under five grams. Blankenship was given a notice to appear on the Effingham charge and posted bond on the Clay County charge.
- Effingham Police Department arrested 21-year-old Daniel C. Lankford of Effingham. Lankford was arrested on a Effingham County warrant for unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle and is still in custody.
- Altamont Police Department arrested 63-year-old Dennis J Zumbahlen of Altamont. Zumbahlen was arrested for a DUI/Alcohol and posted bond.
- Effingham Police Department arrested 29-year-old Shawn A. Fitzgerald of Effingham. Fitzgerald was arrested on an Effingham County attachment for contempt. Fitzgerald posted bond and was released.

- At 3:00 P.M. at 1604 W. Fayette an unknown vehicle struck a parked vehicle owned by Jason Dean, Covington, TN. No injuries and no citations at this time.
