Effingham County Jail
- Illinois State Police arrested 42-year-old Kenneth A. Larkin Jr. of Chicago. Larkin was arrested for unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, possession of cannabis by a driver and speeding. Larkin is still in custody.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 20-year-old Skylar L. Prather of Effingham. Prather was arrested on charges of not registering as a sex offender. Prather was given a notice to appear and released.
- Effingham Police Department arrested 18-year-old Kaper K Jones Stuckey of Effingham. Stuckey was arrested on charges of domestic battery and is still in custody.
- Effingham Police Department arrested 46-year-old James A. Traxler of Effingham. Traxler was arrested on charges of burglary and a original warrant from Effingham County for theft. Traxler is still in custody.
- Effingham Police Department arrested 25-year-old David M. Boone of Effingham. Boone was arrested on charges of aggravated battery and released after being given a notice to appear.
