Effingham County Jail
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 19-year-old Andrew M. Wilkins of Watson. Wilkins was arrested on a failure to appear warrant in Effingham County for aggravated DUI and no valid drivers license. Wilkins posted $1075 bond and was released. He also posted bail for separate charges of a failure to appear warrant in Clay County for reckless driving. He paid the $750 and was released.
- Effingham Police Department arrested 29-year-old Savannah L. Ellis of Indiana. Ellis was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, criminal trespassing, and theft under $500. Ellis is still in custody.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 47-year-old Kevin W. Ashbrook of Effingham. Ashbrook was charged with contempt of court, which he paid the $700 and was released
- Illinois State Police arrested 39-year-old Robert A. Triplett Jr. of Claxton, Georgia. Triplett was arrested on charges of use of unsafe tires and a Cook County Contempt of Court warrant. Triplett posted $1000 and was released
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 28-year-old Thomas Froman of Shelbyville. Froman was arrested on a warrant in Effingham County on possession of meth under 5 grams. Froman was given a notice to appear
