EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL
April 29, 2021
- Effingham Police arrested 59 year old Charles Doug Yoder of Effingham for an IDOC warrant for parole violation for failure to comply. Charles was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 27 year old Jonathan A. Logaman of Murphysboro, IL for an Effingham County FTA warrant for meth delivery 5-15g, and a McCracken County, KY warrant for probation violation. Jonathan was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 24 year old Ariel L. Weeden of Dieterich for possession of meth <5g, possession of drug paraphernalia, adult possession of cannabis/passenger. Ariel was given an NTA.
- Effingham Police arrested 28 year old David B. Funte of Monticello, IN for no Drivers’ License, failure to signal, no seat belt, and a Clay County warrant for forgery. David was given an NTA for local charges, released to Clay County.
- Effingham Police arrested 27 year old Kenneth Ray Knifley of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth. Kenneth was given an NTA.
April 30, 2021
- Effingham Police arrested 25 year old Jesse D. Horn of St. Elmo for an Effingham County warrant for FTA for domestic battery and/or physical contact. Jesse was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 24 year old Vincente Sixto-Moreno of Effingham for domestic battery and obstructing identification. Vincente was taken to the Effingham County jail.

- At 1:45 P.M. north of the intersection of Keller and Evergreen a vehicle driven by Dakota A. Binder, 23, Effingham, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Jessica M. Caudill, 23, Stewardson. No injuries and no citations.
