- Effingham Police arrested 54 year old Jody L. Nosbich of Effingham for possession of meth and burglary tools. Jody was given an NTA.
April 26, 2021
- Effingham Police arrested 39 year old John T. Henderson of Effingham for violation of order of protection. John was taken to the Effingham County jail.
April 27, 2021
- Effingham Police arrested 30 year old Edwin Tappan of Watson for domestic battery. Edwin was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 59 year old Charles Yoder of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for meth delivery <5g, an Effingham County warrant for aggravated battery, resisting/obstructing a police officer, possession of hypodermic needle and meth. Charles was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 31 year old Elizabeth M. Russell of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for for bad check/obtain control prop. Elizabeth was given an NTA.
- Effingham Police arrested 30 year old Lacie D. Hayes of Marshall for possession of meth <5g, possession of drug paraphernalia. Lacie was given an NTA.

- At 10:58 A.M. at 1302 Ave of Mid America a vehicle driven by Marsha L. Conrad, 65, Effingham, struck a parked vehicle owned by Jennifer Estrada, Effingham. No injuries and no citations.
April 22, 2021
- At 6:31 P.M. north of the intersection of Fayette and Henrietta a vehicle driven by Jessica P. Fritcher, 29, Stewardson, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Berdeena L. Leturno, 55, Dieterich. Leturno sustained injuries but refused treatment. No citations.
April 24, 2021
- At 2:02 P.M. at the intersection of Fayette and Henrietta an unknown vehicle rear-ended a vehicle driven by Tiffany M. Snow, 39, Effingham, causing Snow’s vehicle to rear-end a vehicle driven by Samantha D. Manning, 29, Flora, which in turn caused Manning’s vehicle to rear-end a vehicle driven by Ruth M. Jones, 68, Flora. No injuries and no citations at this time.
- At 4:15 P.M. at the intersection of Fayette and Maple a vehicle driven by Jeremy R. Snell, 45, Effingham, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Logan D. Poe, 21, Elgin, causing Poe’s vehicle to rear-end a vehicle driven by Jarrett J. Hardiek, 19, Teutopolis. No injuries and no citations.
