- Effingham Police arrested 54 year old Richard L. Clarke of Altamont for a Jasper County warrant for failure to appear for driving on a revoked/suspended license and DUI. Richard posted $325 bail and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 39 year old Christina L/ Belisle of Effingham for staking and disorderly conduct. Christina was taken to the Effingham County jail.

- Effingham Police arrested 42 year old Jeremy Dean Pontious of Effingham for an Effingham County original warrant for felony driving while license revoked. Jeremy was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 21 year old Justin R. Kollman of Effingham for an Effingham County court sanction. Justin was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 20 year old Jesse L. Kollman of St. Elmo for an Effingham County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a stolen vehicle. Jesse posted $1575 bond and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 41 year old Paul E. Deree III of Martinsville for unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, unlawful possession of ammo by a felon, and driving while license suspended. Paul was given an NTA and was released.
