Spradlin, of Freemont, IN, was arrested by Illinois State Police on a Steuben County, IN, FTA warrant for Strangulation/Battery/Interfering With Reporting A Crime, Expired Registration Sticker, Driving While License Is Suspended, Operating A Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Speeding.
