21 year old, Skylar W. Gerhardt, of Effingham, IL, was arrest by Effingham Police Department for Domestic Battery.

28 year old, Kyle A. Tatman, of Effingham, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for Domestic Battery and Aggravated Battery.
28 year old, Benjamin M.D. Poe, of Altamont, IL, was arrested by Altamont Police Department for Domestic Battery.
37 year old, Nicholas A. Berg, of Effingham, IL, was arrested by Effingham Police Department for Criminal Trespassing To Real Property and Stalking.

43 year old, Charles M. Coleman, of Marion, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for Possession Of Methamphetamine (<5 Grams), Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and Operating An Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
25 year old, Kristen R. Davis, of Stewardson, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for Possession Of Methamphetamine (<5 Grams), Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession Of Cannabis (<10 Grams).
28 year old, Jimmie J. Hickman, of Effingham, IL, was arrested by Effingham Police Department for Domestic Battery.

At 11:59 A.M. east of the intersection of Fayette and John Deere a vehicle driven by William S. Swingler, 18. Effingham, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Brennan L. Heuerman, 29, Teutopolis. No injuries. Swingler was ticketed for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.
At 2:51 P.M. at the intersection of Henrietta and Fayette a vehicle driven by Denise M. Evans, 62, Cowden, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Paul L. Smith, 42, Effingham. No injuries and no citations.

August 01, 2020

At 2:34 A.M. at the intersection of Keller and Evergreen an unknown semi struck a vehicle driven by Haidyn G. Lewis, 19, Effingham. No injuries and no citations at this time.
At 8:59 P.M. east of the intersection of 5th and Fayette a vehicle driven by Dillon Rensner, 19, Effingham, lost control, left the roadway, and entered a parking lot where the vehicle collided with a parking block, shrubs and statues all owned by the City of Effingham. No injuries. Rensner was ticketed for Driving Too Fast for Conditions.
