- 50 year old, Emmanuel Joseph, of Morton Grove, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County FTA warrant for Dangerous & Unsafe Building. Joseph posted $250.
- 33 year old, Jonathan G. Devore, of Mason, IL, was booked by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus sentence to jail (180 Days) for Possession Of Methamphetamine.
- 47 year old, Lee D. Russell, of St. Francisville, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County FTA warrant for Possession Of Methamphetamine.
- 25 year old, John M. Durbin, of Beecher City, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County warrant for Vehicle Hi-Jacking, as well as a Shelby County FTA warrant for Theft and Unlawful Use Of A Credit Card.

- At 1:31 P.M. at the intersection of Willow and Wabash a vehicle driven by Norman L. Miller, 72, Effingham, struck a vehicle driven by Brooke N. Westjohn, 27, Teutopolis. No injuries and no citations.
- At 4:02 P.M. in the 1000th block of S. Raney a vehicle driven by Eddye E. Westbrook, 54, Campbell Hill, struck the curb. No injuries and no citations.

- At 8:00 A.M. at the intersection of 4th and Greenview a motorcycle operated by Daniel J. VanKlingeren, 44, Effingham, lost control and overturned. VanKlingeren sustained injuries and was transported by private vehicle to HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital for treatment. No citations.
