- 21 year old, Anthony M. Jamison, of Kinmundy, IL, was arrested by Effingham Police Department for Possession Of Methamphetamine, Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and an Effingham County FTA warrant for Retail Theft.
- 20 year old, Larry A. Bedwell III, of Teutopolis, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Jasper County warrant for Probation Violation. Bedwell was transferred to Jasper County.
- 26 year old, Rachel L. Stephens, of Effingham, IL, was arrested by Effingham Police Department on an Effingham County FTA warrant for Driving While License Is Suspended.

- At 11:49 PM at 2500 N. 3rd a semi driven by Yomaah Takyi, 33, Kennesaw, GA, backed into a parked semi owned by EasyMovingUSA Corp., Sunny Isles Beach, FL. No injuries and no citations. November 24, 2019
- At 8:24 PM at the intersection of W. Jaycee and S. Banker a vehicle driven by Brian C. Mesnard, 42, Noble, struck a vehicle driven by Madison L. Helms, 17, Effingham. Mesnard sustained injury but refused treatment. Helms sustained injury and was transported to HSHS St. Anthony Memorial Hospital for treatment. Mesnard was ticketed for Disobeying Traffic Control Device.
