- 48 year old, Kelly J Cochran, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for driving while license is suspended and a Shelby County failure to appear warrant for possession of Methamphetamine.
- 45 year old, Atron R Avant, of Cahokia was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for driving while under the influence of alcohol.
- 30 year old, Douglas P Yates Jr, of Belleville was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of <5 grams of Methamphetamine.
- 35 year old, Danielle R Pagel, of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for theft and a Fayette County failure to appear warrant for retail theft. Pagel posted bond and was released.
- 32 year old, Shawn R Durbin, of Watson was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of <5 grams of Methamphetamine.
- 36 year old, Charles R Gifford, of Toldeo was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of <5 grams of Methamphetamine and a Fayette County failure to appear warrant for possession of <5 grams of Methamphetamine.

- At 9:30 P.M. at 1701 W. Evergreen a semi driven by Yury A. Medvedev, 32, Camp Hill, PA, pulled into the path of and was struck by a semi driven by Patrick S. Carnes, 35, Ponca City, OK. No injuries and no citations.
