- 27 year old, Javier R Rich, of Decatur was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for burglary without causing damage.
- 40 year old, Joshua C Black, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while license is suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Black posted $250.
- 27 year old, Sherry R Heitman, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a United States Federal warrant for conspiracy to distribute Methamphetamine and distribution of Methamphetamine.
- 36 year old, Andrew R Baxter, of Mason was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for contempt. Baxter posted $100.

- At 9:01 P.M. at 1510 W. Fayette a vehicle driven by Trinity S. Lewis, 17, Edgewood, struck a vehicle driven by Dylan M. VanMatre, 21, Edgewood. No injuries. Lewis was ticketed for Failure to Yield.

- At 7:52 A.M. at 1901 S. 4th a vehicle driven by Patricia A. Hooper, 47, Effingham, struck a vehicle driven by Colby N. Higgs, 46, Watson. No injuries. Hooper was ticketed for Failure to Yield.
