- 18 year old, Eve N Higgs, of Danville was arrested by the Illinois State Police on an Effingham County original warrant for forgery. Higgs was given a $5,000 recognizance bond.
- 38 year old, David L Kerr, of Tower Hill was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while license is revoked and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Kerr posted $250.
- 39 year old, Justin M Byrge, of Springfield was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.
- 35 year old, Robert C Pippin, of Wheeler was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for obstruction of civil process.
- 32 year old, Kyle P Schumacher, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus sentence of 72 hours.
- 41 year old, Jamie A Wilkin, of Clay City was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Clay County failure to appear warrant for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Wilkin was transported to Clay County.
- 29 year old, Mindy L Pinkerton, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for intoxicated pedestrian.
- 23 year old, Donald L Brown, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on a Shelby County original warrant for obstruction. Brown posted $250.

- 23 year old, Isabella R Gardner, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol.
- 33 year old, Cole D Heiden, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic needle, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
