- 32 year old, Randy L Ham, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for no valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and improper use of registration. Ham posted $250.
- 25 year old, Miranda M Davis, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of less than 5 grams of Methamphetamine.
- 40 year old, Christopher M Mahnke, of Shelbyville was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County original warrant for two counts of aggravated battery.
- 38 year old, Tabitha R Willoughby, of Paris was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of less than 5 grams of Methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of ammunition by a felon.
- 25 year old, Jacob D Beck, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus sentence of 48 hours work release.

- 53 year old, William H Herr, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for domestic battery and interfering with a domestic violence report.
- 54 year old, Chris F Rincker, of Strasburg was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while under the influence of alcohol, speeding, and improper lane usage. Rincker posted $100 and a valid driver’s license.
- 18 year old, Wade T Allen, of Cowden was arrested by the Illinois State Police for illegal consumption of alcohol. Allen was given a notice to appear.
- 29 year old, Lucas C McDaniel, of Edgewood was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for retail theft and resisting/obstructing a peace officer.
- 23 year old, Taylor C Paraiso, of Strasburg was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for possession of Methamphetamine.
- 20 year old, Austin P Fraizier, of Wayne City was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery.
