- Ronnie N Malloch, of Newton was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus sentence of 30 days for possession of <5 grams of Methamphetamine.
- 19 year old, Thomas A Quick, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for retail theft over $500.
- 60 year old, Philip K Armbrecht, of Monona, Wisconsin was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for disorderly conduct and public indecency. Armbrecht posted $150.

- At 9:43 P.M. at the intersection of S. Banker and W. Wabash a vehicle driven by Ashely N. Bierman, 18, Teutopolis struck a vehicle driven by Jeff D. Bushue, 48, Effingham. No injuries. Bierman was ticketed for Failure to Yield Turning Left.
