- 61 year old, Randy L Turner, of Sorrento was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while license is suspended and speeding 67 in a 55mph zone. Turner posted $250.
- 37 year old, Elijah C Donaldson, of Beecher City was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus of 96 hours.
- 37 year old, Lyndsey L Walk, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus of 4 days.
- 32 year old, Samuel W Wilson, of Wheeler was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus of 8 days.
- 31 year old, Joshua A Durre, of Louisville was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for manufacture/delivery of 5<15 grams of cocaine. Durre posted $1,075.

- 32 year old, Nicole A Woods, of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County bond violation original warrant on charge of theft.
- 21 year old, Alyson D Hannagan, of Beecher City was arrested by the Illinois State Police for illegal transportation of liquor and a Douglas County warrant attachment for contempt. Hannagan posted $314 and was released.
- 31 year old, Levi W Mahon, of St Elmo was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for aggravated battery and resisting arrest.
- 31 year old, Christopher W French, of Sainte Marie was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department and Illinois Department of Natural Resources for endangering the life of a child and no personal flotation device on water craft when required. French posted $150 and was released.

- 18 year old, Chaynce W Dasenbrock, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and resisting/obstructing/disarming an officer.
