- 23 year old, Caroline A Minard, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County attachment for contempt.
- 25 year old, Jacob L McGuire, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for disorderly conduct and a Richland County failure to appear warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
- 32 year old, Daniel D Gibson, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for forgery.
- 34 year old, Rhiannon M Thompson, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for retail theft, possession of Methamphetamine, and possession of a hypodermic needle.
- 33 year old, Bryan K Jones, of Beecher City was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for domestic battery and civil possession of cannabis.
- 22 year old, Ashley N Schaufler, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while license is suspended, improper lane usage, and civil possession of drug equipment.

- 28 year old, Erica G Johnson, of Richton Park was arrested by the Illinois State Police on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for driving while license is suspended. Johnson posted $575.
- 34 year old, Abigail E Nettersville, of Decatur was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for three counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- 38 year old, Misty L Koonce, of Wheeler was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant attachment for contempt. Koonce posted $100.
- 39 year old, Joshua S Koonce, of Wheeler was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant attachment for contempt. Koonce posted $100.
- 25 year old, Alisha E Chaney, of Dieterich was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for contempt of court. Chaney posted $100.
- 25 year old, Morgan D Hinson, of Mingo Junction, Ohio was arrested by the Illinois State Police for possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license is suspended, improper lane usage, and possession of 10-30 grams of cannabis.
