- 38 year old, Phillip J. D. Wheeler, of Paris, IL, was arrested by Effingham Police Department on a Piatt County FTA warrant for Driving Under The Influence (Alcohol). Wheeler posted $500.
- 31 year old, Tiffany N. Crawford, of Champaign, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County FTA warrant for Resisting A Peace Officer.
- 38 year old, Eric Miller, of Watson, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County FTA warrant Driving On A Suspended License and a Shelby County warrant for Resisting Arrest.
- 23 year old, Taylor C. Paraiso, of Strasburg, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for Driving While License Is Suspended. Paraiso posted $250.

- 44 year old, Bernard Q. Starks, of Augusta, GA, was arrested by Effingham Police Department for Domestic Battery and a Bowling Green, KY, FTA warrant for Assault.

CRASHES
July 10, 2019
- At 3:08 P.M. at the intersection of Keller and Ave of Mid America a vehicle driven by a 17-Year-Old-Juvenile turned into the path of and was struck by a vehicle driven by Melody L. Jenkins, 49, Lakewood. Jenkins sustained injuries and was transported by ambulance to HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital for treatment. The juvenile was ticketed for No Valid Driver’s License and Failure to Yield.
