- 20 year old, Shyanne L McCarty, of Beecher City was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus sentence of 2 weekends for possession of a controlled substance.
- 35 year old, Edwardo Santiago, of Coldwater, Michigan was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for battery and disorderly conduct.
- 26 year old, Kelcie M Miller, of Shelbyville was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Winnebago County failure to appear warrant for fraud/insufficient funds check. Miller posted $5,000.
- 40 year old, Miranda D Ledbetter, of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for driving while license is suspended.
- 31 year old, Steven J Siple, of Patoka was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus for driving while under the influence of alcohol.
- 36 year old, Lyndsey L Walk, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a 24 hour sanction for contempt of court.
- 27 year old, Brooke R Ixtepan, of Stewardson was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for driving while under the influence of alcohol. Ixtepan posted $375.
- 24 year old, Zakkary W Elder, of St Elmo was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
- 29 year old, Mindy L Pinkerton, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for domestic battery.

- 26 year old, Brody W Kuhns, of Altamont was arrested by the Altamont Police Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation by driver, and expired registration. Kuhns posted $100 and a valid driver’s license.
