- 39 year old, Corey B Kuhns, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County warrant attachment for contempt. Kuhns posted $100.
- 33 year old, Anthony P Crowell, of Litchfield was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for driving while license is suspended.
- 23 year old, Devante L Gibson, of Fort Campbell, Kentucky was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while license is suspended and speeding. Gibson posted $150.
- 34 year old, Jeremy A Kreke, of Effingham was arrested by the Altamont Police Department on a Cumberland County failure to appear warrant for violating an order of protection. Kreke posted $275.

- 23 year old, Michael R Clarkson, of Altamont was arrested by the Altamont Police Department for possession of a controlled substance and driving while license is revoked.
- 28 year old, Briana D Kade, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and improper lighting. Kade posted $100 and drivers license.
- 34 year old, Chelsea J Sipes, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a mittimus sentence of 24 hours for sanction.
- 70 year old, Pamela K Erwin, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for contempt. Erwin posted $100.
- 31 year old, Andrew E Welter, of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for domestic battery.
- 33 year old, Chadric P Fuller, of Indianapolis, Indiana was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while license is suspended and improper parking on a roadway. Fuller posted $150.
