- 32 year old, Riley T Douthit, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for endangering the life of a child.
- 28 year old, Carly D Bowman, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for endangering the life of a child.
- 50 year old, Rachel A Hess, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for theft. Hess posted $575.
