- 37 year old, Stephen A. Winfield, of Indianapolis, IN, was arrested by Illinois State Police for Driving While License Is Suspended. Winfield posted $150.

- At 1:52 P.M. south of the intersection of N. Keller and Damron a vehicle driven by Edie L. Price, 48, Cowden struck a vehicle driven by Zachary L. White, 29, Mattoon then struck a street sign. Price sustained injury and was transported by ambulance to HSHS St. Anthony Hospital for treatment. Price was ticketed for Failure to Yield Turning Left.
