- At 10:26 A.M. at the intersection of Maple and Fayette a vehicle driven by Will R. Willenborg, 18, Effingham, struck a vehicle driven by Charlotte A. McGuire, 68, Farina. The impact then pushed McGuire’s vehicle into a vehicle driven by Michael E. Fear, 58, Oblong. No injuries. Willenborg was ticketed for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.

- At 9:09 A.M. at the intersection of Keller and Hampton a vehicle driven by Caden L. Wiedman, 16, Effingham, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Marilyn J. Helton, 59, Glen Carbon. No injuries. Wiedman was ticketed for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.
