- At 5:03 P.M. at the intersection of W. Fayette and Rinehart a vehicle driven by Joshua R. Graves, 19, Effingham rear-ended a vehicle driven by Christina M. Goeckner, 45, Salem causing Goeckner to rear-end a vehicle driven by Larry E. Quicksall, 53, Stewardson. No injuries and no citations.

- At 5:24 P.M. at the intersection of W. Fayette and S. Banker a vehicle driven by Amber L. Boggs, 37, Effingham, struck the rear-end of a motorcycle driven by Jordan T. Springer, 44, Beecher City. No injuries and no citations.

- At 2:11 P.M. at the intersection W. Fayette and S. Banker a vehicle driven by Angie M. Miller, 42, Shelbyville collided with a vehicle driven by Antonia M. Green, 22, Greenville. Green sustained injury and was transported by ambulance to HSHS St. Anthony Memorial Hospital for treatment. Miller was ticketed for Failure to Yield Right of Way.

- At 9:35 A.M. north of the intersection of S. Banker and W. Jaycee a vehicle driven by Brian E. Toops, 34, Effingham collided with a vehicle driven by Donald W. Tonn, 74, Effingham. Tonn sustained injury and was transported by private vehicle to HSHS St. Anthony Hospital for treatment. Toops was ticketed for Failure to Yield While Turning Left.
