- At 11:09 A.M. west of the intersection of 1st and Roadway a school bus driven by Gregory W. Fearday, 41, Effingham, sideswiped a parked vehicle owned by Brenda Fuesting, Effingham. No njuries and no citations.
May 13, 2019
- At 5:50 P.M. at the intersection of Greenview and 4th a vehicle driven by Rebecca A. McKeand, 37, Effingham, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Olivia R. Deters, 26, Neoga. Deters sustained injuries but refused treatment. McKeand was ticketed for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.
