- 46 year old, James E Milligan Jr, of Cowden was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of a hypodermic needle and civil possession of drug paraphernalia. Milligan posted $150.
- 33 year old, Justin S Shadwell, of Decatur was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for burglary.
- 41 year old, Steven J Norsic, of Brownstown was arrested by Bond County on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for Methamphetamine delivery 5<15 grams.
