- 22 year old, Ashley N. Schaufler, of Teutopolis, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Fayette County FTA warrant for Driver’s License Expired More Than A Year. Schaufler was transported to Fayette County.
- 45 year old, Kelly M. Smith, of Big Sandy, TX, was arrested by Effingham Police Department for Possession Of Methamphetamine.
- 29 year old, Ronnie M. Malloch, of Newton, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for Possession Of Methamphetamine and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.
- 30 year old, Lynn A. Altman, of Highland Park, IL, was arrested by Illinois State Police for Driving While License Is Suspended and Speeding. Altman posted $150.

- At 5:47 P.M. west of the intersection of W. Virginia and Main a vehicle driven by Delores A. Hartke, 61, Effingham struck a parked vehicle owned by Robert S. Conder, Effingham. No injuries and no citations.
