April 5, 2019
- 29 year old, Keiwan A Taylor, of University Park was arrested by the Illinois State Police for possession of cannabis 100-500 grams and speeding. Taylor posted $1,000.
- 32 year old, Raul C Carrillo, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for driving while under the influence. Carrillo posted $575.
- 28 year old, Dallas W Araiza, of Teutopolis was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a sentence of 1 weekend for indirect criminal contempt.
- 28 year old, Roy A Hall, of Spring Hill, Tennessee was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while license is revoked, improper lane usage, following too close, and illegal transportation. Hall posted $150.
- 22 year old, Braydon A Stoneburner, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while license is suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Stoneburner posted $150.
- 47 year old, Steven M Williams, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for domestic battery and interfering with reporting of a domestic battery.

- 22 year old, Skylar J Gibson, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on an Effingham County warrant for possession of greater than 100-500 grams of cannabis. Gibson posted $500.
- 37 year old, Matthew R Duncan, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving in the wrong lane. Duncan posted $100 and a valid drivers license.
- 38 year old, Terry S Hays, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of Methamphetamine and domestic battery.
- 34 year old, Glenn M Starnes II, of Altamont was arrested by the Illinois State Police for possession of Methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of 10-30 grams of cannabis, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- 44 year old, Verrin A Mull Jr, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for theft.
- 36 year old, Ryan A Clarkson, of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for resisting/obstructing a peace officer. Clarkson was given a notice to appear.
- 37 year old, Kristen A Wagy, of Mason was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for possession of Methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting a peace officer, and an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of Methamphetamine.
- 29 year old, Donna J Ham, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis. Ham posted $200.
- 22 year old, Eleazar Ortega Hoyos, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of Methamphetamine and an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for unlicensed.
April 7, 2019
- 22 year old, Tyler L Higgs, of Mason was arrested by the Altamont Police Department for driving while license is revoked. Higgs posted $150.
- 35 year old, Nicole M Hazlett, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for two counts of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.
