- 25 year old, Essence L McFall, of Rantoul was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
- 63 year old, Susan J Meyer, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while license is revoked. Meyer posted $150.
- 55 year old, Sarah K Olofson, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for domestic battery.
- 52 year old, Ralph L Randall, of Springdale, Arizona was arrested by the Security Transport Services on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for aggravated driving while under the influence/accident/death.

- 20 year old, Kendra M.S. Vanscyoc, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for domestic battery.

- At 2:26 P.M. at the intersection of N. Keller and W. Evergreen a vehicle driven by Barbara J. Webster,74, Mason, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Cindy I. Moulton, 55, Vandalia. No injuries and no citations.
March 29, 2019
- At 12:08 P.M. at the intersection W. Fayette and S. Maple a vehicle driven by Jerick C. Crooker, 22, Effingham, stuck a vehicle driven by Brandi R. Roley, 25, Beecher City. Roley sustained injuries and was transported by ambulance to HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital for treatment. Crooker was ticketed for Failure to Yield Turning Left.

- At 7:00 A.M. at 1204 Avenue of Mid America an unknown vehicle collided with a vehicle driven by Donald Decoy, Jr., 75, Effingham. No injuries and no citations at this time.
- At 9:46 A.M. west of the intersection of E. Fayette and E. Country a vehicle driven by Kristin M. Deters, 24, Sigel, rear-ended a vehicle driven by William R. Flexser, 65, Effingham, causing Flexser to rear-end a vehicle driven by Gary L. Perry, 58, Montrose. Flexser sustained injury and was transported by ambulance to HSHS St. Anthony Memorial Hospital for treatment. Deters was issued a citation for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.
