- 55 year old, James J. Peterson, of Terre Haute, IN, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County warrant for Forgery. Peterson posted $500 and was released.
- 34 year old, Dustin M. Lugar, of Effingham, IL, was arrested by Effingham Police Department on a Jasper County warrant for Criminal Damage To Property. Lugar posted $500 and was released.
- 52 year old, James M. Kessel, of Flora, IL, was arrested by Illinois State Police on a Clay County warrant for Contempt Of Court (Failure To Pay Fee). Kessel posted $100 and was released.
- 39 year old, Rachel M. Verdeyen, of Teutopolis, IL, was arrested by Effingham Police Department for Violating An Order Of Protection.
- 42 year old, Joshua D. Rowlands, of Effingham, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County warrant for Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse.
