- 25 year old, Jeron A Davis, of Los Angeles, California was arrested by the Altamont Police Department for Methamphetamine trafficking, cocaine trafficking, and obstructing ID.
- 23 year old, Kaitlyn M Fitzgerald, of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County attachment for contempt. Fitzgerald posted $100.
- 26 year old, Dillon S Beccue, of Edgewood was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a problem solving court sanction sentence of 24 hours.
- 36 year old, Nicholas R Crear, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an injury accident, two counts of leaving the scene of a damage accident, two counts of improper lane usage, and driving in the wrong lane.
- 24 year old, Devin R Falbe, of Teutopolis was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for felony criminal damage to property, theft, and resisting/obstructing a peace officer.
- 21 year old, Justin E Kophazy, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for resisting/obstructing a peace officer and an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for obstructing ID.
- 35 year old, Porsha P Peterson, of Neoga was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving while license is revoked. Peterson posted $300.
- 34 year old, Trenton A Niemeyer, of Teutopolis was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for two counts of violation of an order of protection.
- 34 year old, Trenton A Niemeyer, of Teutopolis was arrested by the Teutopolis Police Department for one count of violation of an order of protection.
- 27 year old, Tomas S Canfield, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for aggravated battery.

- 24 year old, Mitchell T Ragland, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of a controlled substance and an Effingham County problem solving court failure to appear warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
