- 55 year old, Rolando Diaz Taracena, of Valley Center, California was arrested by the Altamont Police Department for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
- 24 year old, Carlos E Chinchilla, of San Diego, California was arrested by the Altamont Police Department for possession of Methamphetamine, manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
- 48 year old, Travis J Boldrey, of Flora was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of Methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- 28 year old, Thomas R Spracklen, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of 10-30 grams of cannabis and an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Spracklen posted $995.
- 30 year old, Zachary D Tegenkamp, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while license is suspended. Tegenkamp posted $150.
- 22 year old, Samantha L Welker, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for possession of a controlled substance and civil possession of drug equipment.
- 21 year old, Whitney L Shimboff, of Dieterich was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while license is suspended and an Effingham County failure to appear/pay warrant for consumption of liquor by a minor. Shimboff posted $425.

- 30 year old, Jacqueline R Lustig, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol. Lustig posted $300.
- 28 year old, Jessica M Loy, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for possession of Methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a hypodermic syringe.
- 45 year old, Heather R Miller, of Edgewood was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of Methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and civil possession of cannabis.
