- 30 year old, Kyle W. Ellis, of Effingham, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on a Fayette County FTA warrant for Possession Of Cannabis (10-30 grams). Ellis was transferred to Fayette County.
- 40 year old, Marvin N. Kelly, of Vandalia, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for Contempt Of Court.
- 42 year old, Daniel A Barger, of Effingham, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County FTA warrant for Contempt.
- 39 year old, Corey D. Hatfill, of Effingham, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department and sentenced to an Effingham County mittimus sentence to 90 days for Possession Of Controlled Substance.
- 21 year old, Trenton B. Beckler, of Stewardson, IL, was arrested Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County FTA warrant for Operating An Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Beckler posted $375 and was released.
- 20 year old, Anthony A. Brown, of Effingham, IL, was arrested by Effingham Police Department on an Effingham County FTA warrant for Operating An Uninsured Motor Vehicle, a Fayette County FTA warrant for Possession Of Methamphetamine (<5 grams) and a Douglas County FTA warrant for Contempt.
- 22 year old, Braydon A. Stoneburner, of Effingham, IL, was arrested by Effingham Police Department on an Effingham County warrant for Seat Belt Required. Stoneburner posted $375 and was released.
- 29 year old, Scott J. Clark, of Altamont, IL, was arrested by Illinois State Police on an Effingham County FTA warrant for Resisting A Peace Officer. Clark posted $375 and was released.

- 21 year old, Bailey M. Allen, of Herrick, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for Driving While License Suspended and Expired Registration Sticker. Allen posted $150 and was released.

- At 3:11 P.M. west of the intersection of Keller and Henrietta an unknown vehicle struck a parked vehicle owned by Hillary Beard, Sigel. No injuries and no citations at this time.
March 8, 2019
- At 1:12 P.M. at 1507 Hampton a vehicle driven by Korrine L. Hartke, 46, Teutopolis, backed into a parked vehicle owned by Jankee Patel, Effingham. No injuries and no citations.
- At 3:46 P.M. south of the intersection of Keller and Evergreen a vehicle driven by Gideon D. Bell, 18, Mason, sideswiped a vehicle driven by Melissa E. Koester, 59, Shumway. No injuries and no citations.
March 9, 2019
- At 2:20 P.M. at the intersection of Jefferson and 1st a vehicle driven by Jacques F. Webb, 60, Cisne, pulled into the path of and was struck by a vehicle driven by Phyllis E. Eskew, 52, Effingham. No injuries. Webb was ticketed for Failure to Yield.
