March 7, 2019
- 32 year old, Rebecca A Morris, of Terre Haute, Indiana was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on two Effingham County failure to appear warrants for uninsured motor vehicle. Morris’ warrants were quashed by the Judge.
- 31 year old, Lucas A Cutright, of Beecher City was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for possession of Methamphetamine, criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, and Effingham County attachment for contempt, a Clay County failure to appear warrant for unlawful intent with public utility. Cutright posted $700 on the Effingham County charges and $375 on the Clay County charges.
March 8, 2019
- 37 year old, Abigail Montgomery, of Beecher City was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for possession of a controlled substance and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Montgomery was given a $5,000 recognizance bond.
- 22 year old, Ashleigh C Mooschekian, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for possession of Methamphetamine. Mooschekian was given a $5,000 recognizance bond.
- 19 year old, Tanner J Prather, of Mason was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for retail theft.
- 33 year old, Justin L Sapp, of Edgewood was arrested by the Effinghan County Sheriff’s Department on an Fayette County warrant for theft. Sapp posted $150.
- 19 year old, Sierra K Blankenship, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for criminal trespass to real property.
- 22 year old, Christopher A Stewart, of Edgewood was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of Methamphetamine and an Effingham County petition to revoke for possession of Methamphetamine.
- 43 year old, Stacey M Beccue, of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for retail theft. Beccue posted $150.
- 19 year old, Gunner L Landreth, of Flora was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for civil possession of less than 10 grams of cannabis and a Clay County failure to appear warrant for driving while license is suspended. Landreth posted $375.
- 25 year old, Sergio C Torres, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, fraudulent ID card, and no driver’s license.
- 29 year old, Maggie L Matlock, of Mason was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County attachment for contempt and a federal warrant.
- 31 year old, Jeremy G Kahl, of East St Louis was arrested by the Illinois State Police on a Wisconsin DOC warrant for parole violation and a Madison County warrant for burglary.

- 32 year old, Michael D Julius, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County drug court sanction sentence of 48 hours.
- 50 year old, Karlita A Wheat, of Dustin, Oklahoma was arrested by the Altamont Police Department for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license is suspended. Wheat posted $300.
- 58 year old, Frank Sirtoff III, of Bloomington was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while license is revoked, improper lane usage, illegal standing/parking where prohibited.
- 44 year old, David W Reed, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of less than 5 grams of Methamphetamine.
March 10, 2019
- 45 year old, Justin L Virden, of Ramsey was arrested by the Altamont Police Department for possession of less than 5 grams of Methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic needle, criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance-fentanyl.
- 41 year old, Justin E Beyers, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage.
