- 22 year old, Braxton Croy, of Effingham, IL, was arrested by Effingham County Sheriff’s Department and was sentenced to an Effingham County Mittimus Sentence to 14 Days DFD for Leaving The Scene.
- 29 year old, Tabitha Arrasmith, of Pekin, IL, was arrested by Effingham Police Department for Driving While License Is Suspended, Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and a Fayette County Warrant for Driving While License Is Suspended. Arrasmith posted $625 and was released.
