March 1, 2019
- 36 year old, Ryan A Clarkson, of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for possession of Methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- 36 year old, Kristen A Wagy, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for possession of Methamphetamine. Wagy was given a $7,500 recognizance bond and was released.
- 28 year old, Saxon H Smith, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of a hypodermic needle. Smith posted $150 and released.
- 31 year old, Samuel W Wilson, of Wheeler was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County sanction mittimus of 48 hours.
- 26 year old, Harley R Pierce, of Vandalia was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of Methamphetamine.
- 24 year old, Matthew D Jackson, of Montrose was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of Methamphetamine.
- 38 year old, Romeo R.E. Shumaker, of Mason was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus sentence of 10 weekends for reckless driving.
- 29 year old, Brittany D Jackson, of Montrose was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for criminal trespass to real property.
March 2, 2019
- 28 year old, Britney N Helmuth, of Stewardson was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol. Helmuth posted $300 and was released.
- 33 year old, Justin C Nelson, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for possession of Methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and an Effingham County original warrant for possession of Methamphetamine and possession of cannabis.
- 51 year old, Mark D Fuesting, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of Methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- 34 year old, Megan R Steele, of Noble was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for no valid driver’s license. Steele was given a notice to appear.
- 27 year old, Christopher L Lohman, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Lohman posted $100 and a driver’s license.
- 29 year old, Jeronimo O Jay Herrod, of Gary, Indiana was arrested by the Illinois State Police for driving while license is suspended, speeding, and seven counts of failure to secure a child. Herrod posted $150.
- 48 year old, Galen W Young, of Flora was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of Methamphetamine.
- 48 year old, Paul D Talbert, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of Methamphetamine.
March 3, 2019
- 23 year old, Dakota R Swingler, of Sigel was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol. Swingler posted $100 and a valid driver’s license.
- 40 year old, Matthew G Allen, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol.
- 32 year old, Trey D Garrett, of Charleston was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for possession of Methamphetamine, brining/possession of contraband in a penal institution, and driving while license is suspended.
